Introduced in December 21, 2001 and repeated at 3 further occasions, all in Calcutta
Price Rs 30 in addition to the cost of stamps affixed
The customer’s photograph was printed in the multiple of 6 or 8 on A4 size perforated sheet of paper and
then the postage stamps taken from the normal sheets of stamps were individually affixed next to each image.

Next it was made avaialble at Stamp Exhibiton in Srinagar in Sep 2011 at Rs 300 per Sheetlet
For next 12 months it was made availbe at stamp exhibitions only
Since October 2012 avaialble at philatelic bureaus all over India
